The participant who took part in the procedure (submitted a proposal), before the expiry of time for opening envelopes, must upload the documents listed in the inventory (Annex 1) in scanned form. In the absence of uploaded documents or non-compliance of the proposal (Annex 3) in the form of scanned document with the last price proposal on e-marketplace the participant is not allowed to participate in procurement. 3. Обращаем внимание, что участниками в заявке на участие в закупке указываются персональные данные (далее - ПД) сотрудников, предоставление которых необходимо на этапе заключения договора. При этом участниками не предоставляются согласия на обработку ПД таких сотрудников, что служит причиной отказа в допуске к участию в закупке по причине не соответствия требованиями ФЗ от 27 июля 2006 года № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных». Согласно требованиям документации о закупке для подтверждения прохождения сотрудниками участника обучения (согласно требованиям «Анкеты участника о соответствии ОТПБиЭ») ПД таких сотрудников предоставлять не требуется. В этом случае необходимо предоставить реквизиты документа, подтверждающего прохождение сотрудником участника обучения в области охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности, а сами документы (в том числе согласие на обработку ПД) необходимо предоставить при заключении договора победителю закупки.
