Условия оплаты:Payment for the delivered goods is made by the Customer in a non-cash form by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
Payments are made in Russian rubles.

Payment shall be made within 30 (Thirty) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the following documents:
The act of acceptance and transfer of goods (in the form agreed by the Parties);
Waybill (form COMPETITIVE BIDDING process-12 or UPD);
Invoices (if available).

The Customer's payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the Customer's current account.

Advance payment (advance payment) is not provided.

Payment is made in stages — for each store separately (upon delivery and acceptance of the goods to the appropriate store).
Условия поставки:Delivery of the goods is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier to each store at the addresses specified in the Terms of Reference.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
