LLC "Industry" asks you to consider the possibility of providing a commercial offer for the supply of goods.

To participate in the procurement procedure, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the bid documentation and send the following information:
1. A commercial offer with attached documents in accordance with the terms of the procurement procedure, completed in the form of Appendix 1, in Excel format;
Please pay attention to the instructions for filling out the Commercial Proposal form.
2. Copies of documents confirming the compliance of the goods with the requirements set out in the bid documentation;
3. Copies of documents in accordance with Appendix 3.

Acceptance of goods is carried out at the Buyer's warehouse.
The products must be new, not used.
Equivalents are not considered.

If you have any questions about this procurement procedure, we ask you to formulate all questions in a single letter no later than October 26, 2023.

This offer request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
