Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Preference will be given to Bidders with a deferred payment of at least 60 days from the date of full delivery to the Consignee's warehouse
If the Supplier requires an advance payment, the Supplier undertakes to provide a Bank Guarantee from the Supplier's bank for the entire amount of the advance payment. Information on readiness to provide a bank guarantee must be indicated in the bid form, in clause8 of the Payment Terms. (the Bank Guarantee form is attached to the bid documentation)
