Payment terms:
The Buyer is obliged to make a security payment in the amount of 10% of the contract value to the Seller's current account within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of signing the contract and invoicing by the Seller. The funds transferred to the account of the security payment participate in mutual settlements for the last shipment of Goods and payment of the penalty.
If the security payment is not received to the Seller's current account within 7 (seven) calendar days, the Seller reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the Contract. The term of agreement by the Buyer is not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days. The deadline for signing the contract by the Buyer is no more than 5 (five) business days. In case of non-compliance with the terms of approval and signing of the contract by the Buyer, the Seller reserves the right to unilaterally refuse to sell to this Buyer.
100% prepayment for the exported batch of Goods. A batch means the quantity of Goods that is delivered simultaneously on one or more consignment notes to the address of one consignee from one shipper. Settlements during the execution of the contract are carried out through accounts opened in JSC "Tolyattikhimbank".
In case of non-fulfillment by the Buyer of the contract regarding the period of sampling of the Goods, the Seller has the right to demand from the Buyer payment of a penalty in the amount of 0.2% of the value of the Goods not selected on time, for each day of delay. The Buyer, within 10 banking days from the date of receipt of the written demand for payment of the penalty from the Seller, is obliged to make its payment. The amount of penalties may be deducted from the security payment funds.
Location and terms of delivery:
- The goods are stored at the warehouse site of shop No. 75 of JSC "TOAZ" (Krasnodar Territory, Temryuk district, village Wave).
- Sorting, packing (preparatory work), loading and removal of Goods from the Seller's territory is carried out by the forces, means and at the expense of the Buyer, within 30 working days from the date of signing the Contract.
- Export of Goods in the "as is" state.
- Export of unpaid Goods is not allowed.
- At the request of the Bidder of the procedure, the Goods may be provided for inspection, by prior agreement of the parties.
