Payment terms:Payment terms: postponement of payment for 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the agreed acts of completed works. Additionally, the Bidder has the right to offer alternative payment terms.

The cost must be specified taking into account all overhead costs.
Delivery terms:The appendices indicated in the Terms of Reference, which is the fundamental document in the preparation of the Technical and Commercial Proposal, will be sent to the Bidder, after signing Appendix No. 2 to this Request – a Confidentiality Agreement.
