Payment terms:The maximum deferral of payment, if possible, up to 30/60 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, the possibility of settlements with RUSAL's own promissory notes.
Delivery terms:The criteria for expert evaluation for the selection of the Contractor for the performance of the work are:
1. The minimum cost of the service.
2. Work in the revision of the customer's contract.
3. Availability of permits and resources for the performance of work:
- membership in self-regulatory organizations in the field of architectural and construction design (confirmed by copies of extracts from the SRO register);
- a certificate signed by the head of the staff of design specialists of the appropriate qualifications and the required number of them;
- the necessary work experience in the development of design (working) documentation (design) is confirmed by an official Reference List signed by the head indicating the projects completed over the past five years;
- information of the procurement participant about the absence of unscrupulous suppliers (contractors, executors) in the register provided for by the Federal Law;
- the participant of the competitive selection has no arrears on the accrued taxes, fees and other obligatory payments to the budgets of any level.
4. Involved subcontractors for performing special types of work (inspection, engineering surveys) are agreed with the Customer and must have licenses - certificates of admission to a certain type of work that affect the safety of capital construction facilities with an attachment (SRO).
5. The presence of a regional subdivision in the nearest regional / regional center (preferably).
6. Terms of work performance: until 31.12.2021
7. The maximum deferral of payment, if possible, up to 30/60 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, the possibility of settlements with RUSAL's own promissory notes.
8. Quality assurance of works, services (responsibility for non-compliance of the result of the work performed with the requirements of the current regulatory enactments in the field of design, engineering surveys).
9. The contractor is obliged to provide supporting documents upon request.
10. For improper performance of the terms of the contract, penalties are provided (including forfeit in the amount of not more than 0.02% of the amount of the unfulfilled obligation for each day).
11. For failure to meet the deadline for the work, there are penalties in the amount of at least 20% of the cost of the work performed.
