1. In addition to filling out the tabular form on the E-Marketplace, the submission of a scanned Technical and Commercial Proposal (tender offer) on letterhead is MANDATORY (template in the attachment), broken down by materials, prices, guaranteed indicators, delivery dates and payment form, the provision of a draft Technical Agreement in the form of Ural Steel JSC is mandatory
2. Bids will be considered only from accredited suppliers on the B2B platform and only those posted on the E-Marketplaces.

4. In accordance with the Regulations of the B2B-Center Platform System (Section II, Chapter 8, clause 8.10(1)): The Bidder who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals becomes the winner of the request for proposals.
5. It is MANDATORY to attach a draft vehicle to the Request.
6. In case of winning the competition, an Agreement on EDI is concluded with the Bidder. |
