Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Provide a list of the software used in the work
Consent to start working on the letter of guarantee
Does the CA agree to fix the cost of tariffs for 1 year

Other requirements and explanations:
Separately (out of competition), please provide participants with the cost of 1 min of processed contact according to the introductory data specified in the TOR.
This is an alternative way to pay for outsourcing services (instead of tariffs for individual basic services, outsourcing is paid for the amount of actual minutes spent on processing contacts).

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

The bidder can repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
