The customer undertakes to pay for services within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice. Payment date means the date of debiting funds from the Customer’s bank account to the Contractor’s bank account or depositing money to the cash desk of the Contractor

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
