Payment terms:payments for services rendered are made monthly. The Customer pays for services upon the provision of services within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of occurrence of all the following events (depending on which event occurs later): (a) signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the services rendered; (b) submitting an invoice for payment; (c) the Contractor provides the Customer with an invoice drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
