| Payment terms: | payments for services rendered are made monthly. The Customer pays for services upon the provision of services within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of occurrence of all the following events (depending on which event occurs later): (a) signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the services rendered; (b) submitting an invoice for payment; (c) the Contractor provides the Customer with an invoice drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. |
