Payment procedure:
- services are accepted in stages upon completion of each of the stages 1 – 3 provided by the terms of reference;
- After the services are rendered, the Contractor provides the Customer with a payment invoice and a universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as UPD).
- The UPD is signed by the Customer and sent to the Contractor within 7 (Seven) business days from the date of its receipt or a reasoned refusal is sent.
- Payment for services in stages 1 and 2 is carried out by the Customer from the moment the Customer signs the UPD for the corresponding stage or recognition of services for the corresponding stage provided on the terms, in the following terms:
• 30 (Thirty) working days;
or
• 7 (Seven) business days if the Contractor, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, is a small and medium-sized business entity included in the register of SMEs.
- Payment for services under stage 3 is carried out by the Customer on a monthly basis (for each calendar month) from the moment the Customer signs the UPD or recognizes the services provided on the terms:
- The UPD is signed by the Customer and sent to the Contractor within 7 (Seven) business days from the date of its receipt or a reasoned refusal is sent. In case of failure to send a reasoned refusal or a signed UPD to the Contractor within the specified period, the services are recognized as rendered within the following time limits:
• 30 (Thirty) business days;
or
• 7 (Seven) business days if the Contractor, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, is a small and medium-sized business entity included in the register of SMEs.
