Payment terms:Payments for Services are made in rubles of the Russian Federation by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of provision of the EDI UPD. Unilateral offset of mutual claims is possible at the initiative of the Customer. Payments are made on strictly fixed payment days - Tuesday, Thursday. If the payment deadline falls on a non-payment day, payment is made on the next payment day, and penalties for late payment are not applied. Prepayment is not provided.
Delivery terms:Terms of work: from 11/15/2026 to 01/31/2029 inclusive.
Georeferencing:162622, Russia, Vologda region, JSC "Apatit", LLC "Mechanic" including industrial sites, the territory of PJSC "Severstal", Cherepovets, Cherepovets district, Cherepovets Airport, Kaduysky district, intercity and suburban passenger transportation.
