Условия оплаты:	Payment for Services rendered in the reporting period – calendar month is made monthly within 30 (Thirty) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the services rendered on the basis of the Contractor's invoice, provided that the Customer has the original invoice as of the date of payment. Due to the fact that payments at the Customer's enterprise are made by bank transfers once a week, the payment period specified above may be extended, but not more than 7 (seven) calendar days. Upon signing the Act, within 5 (Five) calendar days, the Contractor shall transfer the invoice to the Customer. The Contractor has the right to transfer the invoice to the Customer together with the Certificate.
