Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for services is made by the Customer on the basis of the invoice presented by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on the basis of the Service Acceptance Certificate issued by the parties and sent to the Customer within 2 working days from the date of signing the Service Acceptance Certificate. Payment of the invoice is made within 45 days from the date of its presentation.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
