Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. The cost of services is paid by the Customer to the Contractor monthly within ten days after the Parties sign the act on the provision of services.
Delivery terms:
Terms of service: from 01.01.2025 to 12/31/2025
Place and address of service provision: Astrakhan region, Narimanovsky district, Trusovo settlement, Severnaya str., 3a.
Time of service provision on working days from 12.00 to 14.00. If necessary, at the request of the Customer, the Contractor organizes work on holidays and weekends.
• The Contractor must provide a full range of services necessary for catering the Customer's employees in accordance with the requirements of this technical specification:
- Call for Bidding, food delivery;
- development, provision of menus;
- preparation of dishes in accordance with the developed menu;
- delivery of ready meals to the Customer.
Menu dishes should not be repeated for one week, with the exception of side dishes.
The contractor equips the room for eating at his own expense with the necessary equipment.
The contractor organizes the delivery of portion meals during lunch by its own staff. Serving, portioning and serving of dishes must be carried out by staff using disposable gloves for each type of dish.
The Contractor must, at its own expense and on its own, ensure:
systematic implementation of disinfection, disinsection and deratization measures of the premises allocated by the Customer.
The contractor must provide its personnel with overalls, equipment, personal safety and hygiene products.
The contractor must have all licenses and permits (including permits and work permits) required for the performance of this agreement. 1 time a year to provide copies of the sanitary books of the service personnel.
The Contractor must arrange individual daily food accounting through the accounting system for individual electronic cards (the accounting system is supplied and serviced by the Customer), in some cases (seconded personnel) with the registration of statements signed by the Customer's personnel for the service received.
The contractor must carry out preliminary washing of used dishes in the room for eating after staff service. The final washing and drying should be carried out in dishwashers provided by the Customer.
The delivery of lunches from the basic canteen is carried out by the Contractor's equipped vehicles, in accordance with the current norms and rules for the delivery of food products.
Delivery to the Customer's facility using the Swedish system is carried out by the Contractor's transport.
Work experience in the field of organization and implementation of similar
catering services. The contractor provides letters of recommendation for the provision of these services.
The presence in the company of personnel with at least 2 years of experience in the field of catering.
Each employee of the organization has Medical books with the results of a medical examination. The contractor provides copies of medical books.
Availability of the Contractor's production facilities in Astrakhan. The contractor provides copies of lease agreements and other documents confirming the availability of production facilities.
