Comments: This procedure for requesting proposals is not an offer, an invitation to make offers, acceptance of an offer or an invitation to bid, its conduct is not governed by articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Customer also does not bear any obligations to reimburse participants or other third parties for any costs or any losses related to participation in the procedure.
Based on the results of this procedure, it is planned to form a list of companies that will be sent an offer to participate in the tender for the right to conclude a contract.
To participate in this qualification, legal entities registered on the territory of the Russian Federation are allowed.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
