The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Payment terms:for Payment security services under the contract will be based on a valid and signed by the parties on the provision of services to the 30th day of the month following the month of delivery of services
Delivery terms:the perpetrator must have a valid license to carry out security activity, issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The guards must have personal cards, the right to exercise security activity, uniforms of the established sample, special tools and radio communications. Independent responsibilities interns are not allowed.
