Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. Payment terms:Payment for the Services rendered by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer shall be made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account upon expiration of 60 (sixty) calendar days, but not later than 65 (sixty-five) calendar days, starting from the first day of the month following the month of mutual signing by the Parties of the signing of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the rendered Services by transferring funds to the Contractor's account. The invoice is provided within 5 days from the date of signing the Act of delivery and acceptance of the Services rendered.
