Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment under the Agreement is made in the following order:
The Customer makes payment for services by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor after signing the universal transfer document for the Assignment within 10 days from the date of receipt of funds to the account of the Customer under the Main Agreement. In the case of ordering services for the Customer's own needs (the assignment indicates "for the customer's own needs" as a source of financing), payment is made within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the universal transfer document. At the same time, the total debt of the Customer to the Contractor for the amount of all universally transfer documents during the period of the contract should not exceed 15,000,000 (fifteen million) rubles 00 kopecks including VAT.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
