| Delivery terms: | For the provision of services, the Carrier provides technically sound and clean transport. Services should be provided with unconditional compliance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of transportation and road safety:
- conducting pre-trip and post-trip medical examinations of drivers;
- release to the line of technically serviceable transport;
- the transport released on the line must be clean;
- the transport produced on the line must be equipped with heating and air conditioning systems;
- ensuring that each vehicle has a waybill, registration documents, and a compulsory civil liability insurance policy for vehicle owners;
- use of vehicles that have passed the state technical inspection in accordance with the established procedure;
- admission to the management of vehicles of drivers who have the appropriate qualifications and have completed an internship in accordance with the established procedure;
- ensuring compliance with fire safety requirements, in accordance with established standards;
- instructing drivers on traffic safety, transportation rules, service culture and registration of travel documentation.
- The carrier must insure compulsory motor vehicle liability (CTP) in accordance with the procedure established by law;
- if the Carrier's driver did not go to work (due to illness, etc.), the Carrier is obliged to replace him;
If it is impossible to replace the driver, deliver passengers by taxi at the expense of the carrier within the time limits set by the schedule.
- provision of transport for transportation not older than 2022 year of manufacture.
Providing access to the monitoring system of the carrier's provided transport.
The carrier is obliged to board passengers on the basis of boarding cards (coupons) through the turnstile.
The vehicles provided for the transportation of employees must be entered in the appendix to the current license.
Free waiting time for transport when boarding and disembarking is 15 minutes. |
