Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer on a monthly basis according to the Calendar Plan by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account after 60 (sixty) calendar days, but no later than 65 (sixty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties without comments of the act of delivery and acceptance of the Services rendered at the appropriate stage of the Calendar Plan and invoicing by the Contractor/an invoice or UPD issued in accordance with the requirements of the current tax legislation of the Russian Federation.
