Submission of proposals within Phase 1 is carried out on ETP b2b-center.ru or mail Irina.Chizhikova@moex.com.

The Participant's offer must contain the following information (file forms are given in attachments):
1) Commercial offer in the form of Appendix No. 7 for each of the Lots, including all taxes and charges, as well as overheads and transportation costs (in PDF format on the letterhead of the organization with the stamp and signature authorized person);
2) Completed Appendix No. 2 for each of the Lots (Declaration of Consent);
3) Completed Appendix No. 4 for each of the Lots (Reference on the provision of similar services);
4) Completed Annex No. 5 (experience of full cycle services);
5) Completed Appendix № 6 for each of the Lots (reference on the presence of partnerships with universities);
6) Presentation of similar projects (with description of the project, photos, results of the project);
7) Summary of the proposed personal manager with an indication of the experience of implementation of projects on the subject of procurement;
8) Completed Participant Questionnaire in accordance with Appendix No. 8 (in Excel format);
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
