Payment terms:
The Customer, within 5 calendar days from the date of signing the contract, makes an advance payment for sectional doors (materials) to the Contractor's current account in the amount of 100% of the cost of the gate (materials) based on the invoice issued by the Contractor for payment.
The Customer pays for the completed works on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor and the certificate of completed works signed by the parties. Payment for completed works is made within 5 calendar days after the parties sign the act of completed works.

Place and address of service provision: Manych, 359130, Russian Federation, Republic of Kalmykia, Iki-Burulsky district, approximately 7.3 km south-west from the landmark of the village of Kordon Kevyudovsky CFR Iki-Burulsky district of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The term of rendering services is within 50 working days from the date of signing the contract by the parties.
The contractor, in accordance with the Terms of Reference, must provide a full range of services for the preparation of the gate opening, the sheathing of the frame of the end wall with a metal profile with painting of all installed metal structures and the installation of sectional doors in the hangar for parking equipment at Manych.
Welding work should be carried out in accordance with the sections of the rules of work (PPR) and / or the rules of welding work (PPSR) for the manufacture, assembly and installation of metal structures at the construction site, which take into account and reflect the conditions for the preparation of structures for welding, technical requirements and control of welded joints.
Welding operations should be performed by qualified personnel using serviceable welding equipment and appropriate welding material.
