| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made by transferring funds to the current account upon the services rendered within 45 (forty five) calendar days, but not earlier than 25 (twenty five) banking days from the date of signing of the Acceptance Certificate of the services rendered. If the Contractor is a small and medium-sized business, the payment term for the services rendered should be 15 working days from the date of fulfillment of obligations under the contract (signing of the act on the provision of services). |
