Payment terms:
Post-payment is made within 10 days after the completion of the work on the basis of the act of completed work signed by the parties.
It is possible to apply an advance payment of no more than 30% before starting work after signing the contract.
Delivery terms:
The address of rendering services: Krasnodar Territory, Novorossiysk, 5th Promyshlennaya str. (Kirillovskaya Industrial Zone ter.), 3.
The term of rendering services is 60 working days from the date of signing the Contract.
The schedule of work is drawn up by the Contractor and submitted to the Customer no later than five working days before the start of work for approval by the Customer.
The contractor must have a license to perform work on the installation, maintenance and repair of fire safety equipment for buildings and structures, according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 28, 2020 No. 1128 "On Approval of the Regulations on licensing activities for the installation, maintenance and repair of fire safety equipment for buildings and structures."
Experience in installation, reconstruction, commissioning of ATP and SSE systems for at least three years.
All works are carried out in strict accordance with the working project documentation. The documentation is transmitted by the Customer to the contractor in electronic form in a non-editable format after signing the contract.
Any deviations from the design documentation of the project of LLC "Safety Attribute" 01/03.25-SSE, 01/03.25-SPS, affecting fire safety, are subject to mandatory coordination with the design organization that carried out the design of the SPS and SSE. Coordination of changes in the project documentation is carried out by the Customer.
The contractor performs the installation of all equipment in accordance with the working documentation, performs the programming of individual modules (if necessary in accordance with the operating instructions), prepares the system for commissioning.
The services are provided in accordance with the Terms of Reference.
