Documents to be uploaded:
1) The submitted application form must be accompanied by the TAP with applications and contain key information on the volume of services provided (combined estimated calculation), the terms and conditions of rendering of services.
2) Please carefully read the model treaty edited services. The Member is entitled to propose a protocol differences that must be provided in the membership offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) The TAP is complemented by documents confirming possibility of providing data services (DLs, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal liabilities
