Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
No advance. Payment upon provision of sanatorium-resort services within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of invoices from the Contractor, acts of work performed.
Delivery terms:
Term of services: September - December 2019.
The duration of the spa treatment of 1 (one) person is not less than 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
Place of Service: Services are provided at the address of the location of the Contractor at the address of the licensed activity. Sanatorium-resort facilities of the town of Goryachiy Klyuch, Gelendzhik, Sochi, Anapa, Pyatigorsk, Zheleznovodsk, Kislovodsk, Yessentuki are considered.
