After the BID documentation has been posted on the E-Marketplace, the Bidders of the Call forBidding who are interested in submitting an Call for Bidding bid must sign an NDA on the customer's form (Appendix No. 14 to the Bid documentation). The signed NDA and the request for the provision of the full Terms of Reference, including the brief for the preparation of the strategy, as well as the forms of the commercial proposal must be sent to Yulia Shavylina and Lydia Roshchina (simultaneously to both addresses) to the e-mail addresses specified in clause 3 of the bid documentation. During the period after the bid documentation was posted on the E-Marketplaces and until April 19, 2024. Bidder Call for Bidding has the right to send a request for an oral briefing.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
