Payment terms:Payment for Services shall be made no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice and the invoice issued on the basis of the Act on the Provision of Services signed by the Parties.
The Customer has the right to pay for the provision of Services on prepayment terms based on the invoice. The Contractor issues an invoice to the Customer for payment of the advance payment no later than the 5th (fifth) day of the current month. The invoice amount is determined based on the estimated volume of Services provided in the current reporting period. The Contractor shall pre-coordinate the invoice amount with the Customer. Payment of the advance payment agreed by the Parties shall be made by the Customer until the 25th (twenty-fifth) day of the current month.
Delivery terms:Service delivery period: August 01, 2025 - January 31, 2027.
