Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:At least 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Contract and receipt of the invoice for payment. Deviation from the stated payment term is allowed.
The payment term must be specified in the Technical and Commercial Proposal.
IMPORTANT! The decrease/ increase in the payment period will be considered as a negative/positive factor when deciding on the winner.
Delivery terms:Consider two options for proposals:
1) insurance for 12 months from 01.10.2026
2) insurance for 24 months from 01.10.2026
