Payment terms:Payment of the price of services rendered by the Contractor, specified in the act of acceptance of services rendered for the relevant period, is carried out on the basis of the act of acceptance of services rendered for the relevant period signed by the Customer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 40 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer from the Contractor of the act of acceptance of services rendered for the relevant period, invoices and invoices in the original on paper, subject to compliance with the established rules of their registration. The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants (including several) regarding the order and terms of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals.
Delivery terms:The total period of rendering services is 12 calendar months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
