Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the services rendered is made upon their provision on the basis of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered and the invoice within:
a) 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of work (provision of services) for contracts:
- with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive);
b) 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of work (provision of services), for contracts:
- with SMEs.
c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the work (rendering of services) by the contractor and the provision by the contractor of the documents stipulated by the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles. VAT included.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
