Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
An advance payment is provided in the amount of 30% of the cost of the first stage services and is paid within 10 (ten) business days after the date of commencement of the provision of services under the Agreement and the provision of the corresponding package of documents: invoice. An additional payment of 70% for the services rendered for the stage shall be paid within 10 (ten) banking days after the Parties have signed the corresponding acceptance certificate for the services rendered and the invoice.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
