Comments: 1. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the request for proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Suppliers.

9. Work experience not less than 5 years; the presence of a license to carry out appraisal activities. Assessment in accordance with the Federal Law of July 29, 1998 No. 135-FZ "On Assessment Activities in the Russian Federation".
10. Mandatory documentation of the appraisal company, which takes part in competitive procedures (attached to the commercial offer): presentation of the company with the goals, objectives, methodology and timing of the evaluation; documents confirming the existence of professional risk insurance of the organization; documents confirming the presence of membership in self-regulatory organizations of appraisers; document confirming permission to carry out activities; documents confirming the competence of employees (qualification certificate, diploma, etc.).
11. Acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer.
12. The number of estimates is indicated tentatively (by the number of land plots in the property), it is possible to reduce the volume down to the need for a particular assessment
13. The address of the provision of services is on the territory of the customer (Almetyevsk and Almetyevsky district, Leninogorsk, Bavly, Elabuga, Nurlat, Aznakayevo, Jalil, Aktyuba, Zainsk, Chistopol, . Buzuluk).
14. Terms and conditions for the provision of services: Upon completion of the assessment, provide acts of work performed to the Customer no later than 2 (two) business days. The Contractor shall transfer to the Customer the results of the services rendered (written information (report / conclusion), as well as the Acceptance Certificate of the services rendered. The evaluation deadline is until December 31, 2020.
