Auto-extension

Payment terms:payment through 30 calendar days after the handing over of the goods to the buyer's warehouse or on board a vessel, based on invoices and signed invoice.
Delivery terms:After receipt of the goods, the supplier charges the account in rubles at a fixed price.

Duration of the contract: from the moment of signing until December 31, 2018
Delivery to the warehouse of the buyer within 2-3 days after confirmation of delivery if item is in stock in Vladivostok, if the product falls under the term of delivery, be sure to specify a timetable.
Products must meet quality standards, specifications, and other documents setting out the requirements for the quality of this product and have a certificate, technical passport manual.
Products must be new or with storage-if the product is no longer available.
The supplier is obliged to offer equivalent with the same or better features in the case specified in the preceding table model discontinued or will be charged within 6 months from the date of publication of the TK.
