Payment terms:
Deferral of payment for at least 20 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse. Prices must be given with VAT and delivery to our warehouses. Commercial offers are accepted according to the template (attached to the E-Marketplace). In the case of the same price, preference is given to a Supplier who is ready to work under a standard TB Contract. In the case of the same price, preference is given to deliveries by road. All vehicles delivering Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is absolutely necessary to attach a certified route of the vehicle to the E-Marketplaces (with a detour of ASF zones). We work according to our contract form and appendices (in the attachment). Also, the Competitive bidding process winner will need to provide a complete set of statutory documents (attached). The commercial offer should be provided according to the TB template (attached).
When submitting each new bid, it is necessary to attach a commercial offer to the B2B E-Marketplace. The final selection of suppliers and volumes will be selected referring to intra-group regulatory documents and rules.
