This request for proposals is open for selecting the source of supply on the electronic trading platform. We ask you to send a commercial offer with the maximum possible discount. Conducting this request for proposals does not mean that the choice will be made in favor of the winner. The choice of the source of supply will be made taking into account the proposed terms of Call for Bidding and coordination of the technical feasibility of use

- The required price format formula formation C = LME-x% , at the average dollar exchange rate for the month preceding the month of shipment;
LME is the average value for the month preceding the shipment.
x is the discount level.

- Product requirement: nickel content of at least 50%.

- Buyer's tolerance by quantity ± 15%. The quantity of products indicated in the Procure item is indicative.

- A contract in the form of a buyer.

- Requirements for penalties: in case of failure of the agreed delivery time, the Supplier pays the Buyer an unconditional fine in the amount of 20% of the amount of the specification to the contract.
