Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Конференция была запланирована в связи с вводом
обязательной маркировки всех товарных групп в
регионах НТРФ с 1 апреля 2026г. На мероприятии
планировали рассказать участникам про новые
требования по учету маркированных товаров и
обсудить план работы по данному направлению.

Несколько дней назад появился законопроект
Минпромторга

которому ввод маркировки на НТРФ переносится на 1
апреля 2027 г.
Законопроект о переносе сроков маркировки в новых
регионах должны принять до 1 апреля 2026 года.

Тема ввода обязательно маркировки всех товарных
групп – это ключевая тема данной конференции.

В связи с риском переноса маркировки на следующий
год, принято решение приостановить подготовку
мероприятия до появления определенности с
принятием законопроекта и новой даты ввода
маркировки.
