customer shall pay for the intermediate works performed by the contractor during the reporting period and confirmed by the Act on acceptance of the performed works (Act on the form of № CS-2) in the following order: The contractor shall be provided with certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form № cop-3). Payment is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of the executed works (on the form № CS-2).
The contractor shall provide the customer with the invoice (s) in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 21 of the tax code of the Russian Federation.
