Payment terms:Payment of executed works under this Agreement shall be made by the customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the acts on acceptance of executed works on the form of KS-2, certificates on the cost of performed works and costs in the form of KS-3, Basis of the invoice issued by the contractor. In case the cost of the work is lower than the contract, the final calculation is performed with adjustment.
