4) Specifications for formings and tables for Notification (valid formats):
- Form #3 is required in Excel (with the ability to edit) and a scanned version with signature and print in PDF;
- Forms #1, #2, #4, #5 and #6 are necessarily scanned versions with signature and print in PDF.
5) Companies that have submitted applications issued according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 2.1 "Notification of the request" (attached in the procurement documentation).
6) The Customer (Bank) reserves the right to reject all offers of participants without explanation.
This procedure is not a contest, its conduct is not regulated by articles 447 — 449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
