2) Questions on the Technical task are accepted through the form
"Explanations" on the ETP В2V-Center.

3) On Questions of inquiry procedure to address to Riyanova Gulnaré Nailovno (495) 785-12-12 (ext. 010-8360).

4) Technical requirements of registration of KP (permissible formats): Word and Excel (with editing capability). Additionally Form 3 is enclosed in scanned form with signature and seal.

This procedure of request for proposals is not an offer, an invitation to make an offer, acceptance of an offer or invitation to participate in tenders, its carrying out is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil code of the Russian Federation.
