Payment terms:
The Buyer's payment for the goods shall be made with allowed extension of term of payment by max. 30 calendar days after the goods are actually received upon the condition that the Supplier provides the invoices duly executed in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Settlement of accounts under the agreement shall be done by monetary funds, other forms of settlement of accounts that do not contradict with the Law of the Russian Federation are allowed, including by means of transferring the bills.
