Payment terms:The calculations for the products are consistent when signing the contract.
Delivery terms:The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and using his own resources to the buyer's warehouse. Obligatory availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods upon arrival at the warehouse. The delivered goods must be new, not restored. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier.

PROVIDED SUPPLY SHOULD BE VALID FOR ONE MONTH
