Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Products / Lot of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of TORG-12 / UPD), provided that the Buyer is provided with a full set of documents for payment for the Products / Lot of Products.
If the contract is concluded with the SMS, then the payment term
established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
1. Products must be labeled and packed in packaging that ensures the safety of the Products during transportation and storage, in accordance with GOST, TU, OST;
2. Container (packaging) cannot be returned;
3. Delivery is carried out by shipping the Products by road by forces and at the expense of the Supplier to the consignee's warehouse;
4. The scope of supply is preliminary and is specified by the Customer according to the current need;
5. Early delivery can be made only with the written consent of the Customer;
6. The customer has the right to refuse to accept the Products according to the agreed specification if the delivery on it is overdue by more than fifteen calendar days.
