The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Порядок формирования цены договора: цена указана с учетом расходов на перевозку, страхование, уплату таможенных пошлин, налогов и других обязательных платежей. Форма и порядок оплаты: безналичный расчет - 100% оплата производится в течение 30 банковских дней с момента поступления продукции на склад Покупателя
Delivery terms:
Обязательно подкрепить на ЭТП сертификат качества на продукцию, предлагаемую к поставке. Обязательно предоставление контрольного образца: 2 пары перчаток в течение 4 календарных дней с момента окончания подачи заявок на ЭТП (прикрепить бирки на образцы, контрольные образцы возврату не подлежат). Поставка производится в течение 20 дней с момента заключения договора, с правом досрочной отгрузки по согласованию с Поставщиком. Доставка входит в стоимость лота.
