Payment terms:remuneration for the right to use the computer program in the amount of 100% of the Sublicensee shall pay within 10 working days from the date of signing of the contract on the basis of the invoice issued by the licensee.
Payment certificate shall be made by sublicensee, within 10 working days after the signing of the Treaty.
Delivery terms:the licensee within 10 working days from the day of signing the agreement passes the Sublicensee Certificate on the Act of acceptance.
