Payment terms:80 (Eighty) % of the Contract price is payable within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of delivery of the goods at the place of delivery / upon completion of the work, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods / completion of the work, the Supplier has provided the Buyer with an invoice, the originals of the consignment note and invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
10 (Ten) % of the Contract price is payable within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of commissioning of the Goods, provided that the Supplier provides an invoice for payment to the Buyer.
10 (Ten)% of the price of the goods is payable within 30 (Thirty) calendar days upon reaching the guaranteed indicators of the Goods.
In case of advance payment, advance payments are secured by a Bank guarantee (unconditional irrevocable).
Bank Guarantee requirements:
The Bank guarantee must be unconditional, irrevocable and enforceable at the first request of the Beneficiary.
The bank guarantee must comply with Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees (URDG 758).
The bank guarantee must be provided using the following SWIFT code: MBRDRUMM
The bank guarantee must be issued by one of the following banks in the Annex with the prior approval of the Beneficiary.
The list of banks according to Appendix No. 9 to the Notification.
